Safety relief valve testing and certification

Conformance to Australian Standard AS1271-2003 and the provisions of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Division 1.

Scope of work:

We understand the importance of having plant that is utilised in a variety of ways operate as it should in the workplace - which is why we offer our safety relief valve testing and certification both onsite and offsite.

We minimise downtime and increase confidence by testing and certifying a range of safety relief valves on site, which are then issued with a certificate of conformance.

Plant Registration

All Pressure vessels/Air receivers rates hazard level A, B or C and greater than 14 litres and/or used in workplace environment are required to be registered with WorkSafe Queensland.

How often?

All plant must be renewed yearly, prior to January 31st for any previously registered plant.

All new plant registrations are mandatory from time of commissioning and are issued with a certificate of compliance upon registration.

Where we come in:

Our team collects vital data relevant to the plant when carrying out inspections for compliance purposes and so we have the ability to register plant on your companies behalf to reduce the time spent on admin tasks.
